Industry Leader and NASDAQ CEO Joins Data Balance’s Board of Advisers

Steve Pomeroy chooses the Tampa Bay managed services firm based on its strong position for aggressive growth.

 

Clearwater, Florida, September 8, 2010 - Steve Pomeroy, Managing Member and Founder of SEP Consulting LLC, has joined the board of advisers for Tampa Bay’s premier managed services provider, Data Balance. The addition of Pomeroy gives the award-winning Microsoft Gold Certified Partner access to a depth of strategic and hands-on experience to fast-track its existing growth plans.  

Pomeroy built and ran Pomeroy IT Solutions (NASDAQ: PMRY), a $700 million+ publicly traded technology business during his 20-year business career.  He grew the business from a small, regional competitor to a profitable national service provider, increasing service revenues by 78 percent in 30 months.  As President, COO and CEO, he was responsible for all strategic planning, day-to-day operations, and investor and client relations. He oversaw sales, service, finance, marketing and operations for more than 2,000 employees in 34 markets.
