Pro Balance Solution Utilizes Kaseya to Remotely Manage Gold’s Gym Franchises’ IT Needs
ST. HELIER, JERSEY, APRIL 14, 2008 – Kaseya, a global provider of information technology (IT) automation software for IT solution providers and corporate IT organizations, today announced that client Data Balance has won (PDF) the 2008 Business Solutions “Channel Innovator Award” for Managed Services. The annual Channel Innovator Awards recognize the publication’s choices for the year’s most revolutionary channel solutions.
Each year, Business Solutions’ editors review countless submissions for technology solutions in eight different areas of technology, including managed services. One winning VAR, integrator, or ISV is selected in each category for their its demonstrated ability to go beyond the norm to successfully tackle challenging projects.

The Pro Balance solution has allowed Data Balance to successfully monitor, update and proactively manage the IT systems of its clients, such as the Gold’s Gym franchises in Tampa, Florida.

Data Balance’s ability to remotely monitor workstations and servers, as well as provide continuous and proactive system maintenance, has virtually eliminated downtime in Gold’s IT environment and has improved the productivity of the franchises’ employees, who in turn have been able to provide better client service to members.
Business Solutions will spotlight Data Balance and this year’s other Channel Innovator Award winners in the publication’s May 2008 issue.
