Data Balance ranks in the top 5% of US Microsoft partners in client satisfaction

Clearwater, FL, USA - July 19th, 2007 – Data Balance today announced it has achieved a 195 out of 200 NSAT (Net Satisfaction) score on a client satisfaction survey conducted by the independent research firm Prognostics.  The survey was conducted at the request of Data Balance and under the direction of Microsoft Corporation as a requirement for the Microsoft Gold Partner program.

The NSAT score used by Prognostics is an objective measure of client satisfaction measuring several areas, including overall satisfaction, strengths, weaknesses, and client loyalty.  An NSAT score of 195 places Data Balance in the top 5% of participating Microsoft Partners in the United States.
