Steve Pomeroy
Managing Member & Founder, SEP Consulting LLC
As President, COO and CEO of Pomeroy IT Solutions (NASDAQ: PMRY), Steve was responsible for all strategic planning, day to day operations, and investor and key client relations. He oversaw all areas of sales, service, finance, marketing and operations for more than 2,000 employees in 34 markets.
At Pomeroy, Steve developed and executed a growth through acquisition strategy, driving earnings and revenue growth – over 45% compounded annually – and two stock splits. He grew the business from a small, regional competitor to a profitable National service provider, increasing service revenues 78% to $250mm in 30 months. Steve and his team executed 36 acquisitions, fully integrated and accretive to Company earnings and meeting or exceeding Wall Street expectations for 4 years.
Steve hold a B.S. in Marketing from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH, and an MA, Program on Negotions from Harvard University in Cambridge, MA.
Brian Graham

In the past, Brian has over 20 years experience in electronics manufacturing as both a successful corporate executive and contract manufacturing business owner. His experience includes 10 Years in General Management in businesses with revenue in excess of $200M annually, 6 years as a Director of Operations serving domestic and international customers. He most recently was a Business Director for one of the top EMS companies in the world with responsibility for managing the executive relationship with a Fortune 50 corporate customer. Brian has also been a project lead in both divestiture and acquisition activities for over 10 years. His international experience extends to Asia, Mexico and Eastern Europe.
Brian has a B.S. in Engineering from Michigan State University, and an M.B.A. in General Management from the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business, Boulder, CO.
Alisa Jenkins
Founder, Springboard Marketing
In the past, Alisa has used her small-business expertise to support growing companies and nonprofit agencies at local, national and international levels. As a partner in a Manhattan-based consulting firm, she wrote extensively on small-business “how-to” topics including technology, marketing, business strategy, human resources and financial management. She also helped her Fortune 500 clients – including American Express, IBM, Microsoft, and Fleet Bank – to build their small-business customer base. She designed interactive business tools, directed market research studies, launched online and offline outreach campaigns and guided strategic redesigns of her clients’ web sites.
Alisa holds a B.S. in advertising from the University of Texas and an M.S. in journalism from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School of Public Communications.
Larry White
President, Effective Strategies Inc.
Larry has over 30 years experience working with small and midsize technology companies. His roles have included project engineer, VP of sales and marketing, general manager, management consultant, and certified personal coach. Larry’s specialties include sales process improvement, top line growth strategies, organizational re-design, program and project management, marketing mix, marketing strategy, change management, and strategic plan implementation.
Larry holds both B.S. and M.S. degrees in engineering from Tufts University, and an MBA in marketing and organizational behavior from Boston College.
Robert Francis

From 1990 through 1993, Bob served as President of General DataComm International (NYSE: GDC). Subsequent to GDC, in November, 1993 he formed his consulting business, Milford Communications Partners L.L.C. Mr. Francis is also the founder and Managing Director of Jefferson Partners L.L.C., Washington, DC , where he directed the high technology practice and arranged financings with a focus on satellite, internet, multimedia and wireless technologies. He is also CEO, Director and Chairman of the Board of Concentrax, Inc., Houston, Texas, (CRXN) an operator of automatic vehicle location networks and vehicle management services for small and medium sized fleets, and a Director of Calmar Research Corporation, Cato, NY.
Bob holds a B.A. from Hendrix College in Conway, AK.
